Why we built Dueño on Robinhood Chain
Dueño Team · July 10, 2026
When we set out to tokenize real estate, the chain mattered more than almost any other decision. Property is a real-world asset with real-world compliance requirements, and most general-purpose chains force an awkward trade-off between cost, finality, and regulatory rails.
Robinhood Chain changes that calculus. As a permissionless Ethereum Layer-2 built on Arbitrum, it inherits Ethereum's security while delivering sub-cent fees and near-instant finality — exactly what weekly rent distributions to thousands of holders demand.
Because it's EVM-equivalent, we didn't reinvent our stack. Standard tooling — wagmi, viem, RainbowKit — works out of the box, and every Ethereum wallet can hold rhTokens on day one.
The result is an experience where owning a fraction of a Miami high-rise feels as simple as sending a token, and the rent shows up in your wallet without a bank in the middle.
